KODIAK ARCHERY TRYOUTS
When: Oct 7 - Oct 10
From - 3:30 to 5:00 (We can make arrangements if you have other activities/sports.)
Where: New Hope Middle Gym
What do I need?: A ride home at 5:15 and a physical if you are chosen for the team.
All equipment will be provided if you do not have your own. IF you have your own DO NOT BRING ARROWS TO SCHOOL.
We will work around all sports, clubs and other activities. Most of our competitions are on weekends or after other seasons have finished. YES you can play other sports and do archery!
This is a training/tryout event. You will have a chance to train and practice before the actual
Tryouts.
If you are selected for the team there will be a $75 team fee to cover your Hoodie, shirt, tournament fees, and equipment.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!!

About Our Team
*Open to all 6th,7th and 8th grade boys and girls who have a current physical and a current insurance form completed
*Practice will be held Mondays-Thursday here on campus 3:45-4:45
*The races are two miles in length exclusively off road
* Meets will be held here on campus every Thursday in October and the championship will be Wednesday October 30th here on campus as well.
*Soccer players are usually very successful cross country because of the fact they run upwards of three miles during the course of a game
